I propose to lead a lecture for 60 minutes on the what it is like when you die, as explained in Chapters 8-12 of my 2012 book "The Death Experience: What it is like when you die". IANDS published Chapter 7 of my book, "The Weighing of the Heart", in the Winter 2012 Vital Signs. Loss, Grief and the Discovery of Hope can be facilitated by knowing in advance what to expect. The last 24 pages of my book are an excellent presentation for people preparing to face and deal with an impending death. Much of this material discusses how to treat the person who is dying and what to expect in terms of Near-Death approaches and visitations from the Spirit world.
