Anyone who has gone looking for solid information about NDEs
knows how difficult it can be to find. Now IANDS has an online answer. The most
powerful search tool about NDEs is being offered as a free benefit with
every IANDS membership at the Supporting and Professional levels or higher.
The NDE Research Index covers all scholarly and many popular
English language articles about NDEs from 1877 through 2005. That's 128 years
of information! Using the flexible search tools of the Index, you can roam
through the abstracts of almost 900 articles, finding author,
title, year of publication, journal title, issue number, and page numbers.
For students, teachers, researchers, curious experiencers - anyone with a deep interest in near-death and similar experiences - this is like having a library catalog in the living room. Many of the actual articles will soon be available on the IANDS website, and others can be obtained from libraries and publishers with the citation information provided in the Index.
