To commemorate the first anniversary of the groundbreaking 2006 IANDS conference at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, IANDS is making available a CD with 25 presentations from the conference in MP3 format. This conference was the first international conference in decades devoted to NDEs at one of the world's largest medical research centers. It featured leading researchers from around the world and panels of experiencers discussing their experiences--most notably childhood NDEs and those resulting from combat or suicide attempts--and the effects of NDEs on marriages.

IANDS is proud to offer a special CD with forty columns that PMH Atwater, one of the most prolific writers and researchers of NDEs, has written over the past 25 years for the IANDS quarterly newsletter, Vital Signs. Many readers of NDE literature appreciate the writing of PMH, as she is fondly known, for its combination of empathy for NDErs combined with her research findings.

This CD is vintage Atwater. No one has ever written better about the experience of the experiencer! Included is the exceptional series of columns titled "The Seven Most Common Aftereffects," probably the best descriptions of what it feels like after experiencers return from their NDEs. This is a must read for all experiencers and anyone close to them  - family members, friends, mental health and medical professionals - who want to understand why so much has changed for these folks.  

Now Available! All the presentations from the 2005 IANDS conference at Virginia Beach on one CD (Click here for details ). Now you can listen to some of the world's leading researchers and the NDEs of many experperiencers while you are driving, taking a walk or just relaxing at home. Each presentation is a separate MP3 file that can be played in your car's CD player (most newer cars have MP3 compatible CD players), on your computer or home CD player, or it can be loaded onto an iPod or other MP3 player.
