| Welcome to the German NDE Network focusing on the needs of experiencers, the scientific aspects of near-death and near-death-like experiences, plus providing liaison with groups serving those needs in Germany and beyond.
Das Netzwerk Nahtoderfahrung wurde am 07.02.2004 in M?lhtal bei Darmstadt gegr?ndet und hat die Rechtsform eiens eingetragenen Vereins. Die Gemeinn?tzigkeit ist anerkannt.
Wir verstehen das "Nahtoderlebnis" als au?ergew?hnliche individuelle Grenzerfahrung und als Objekt der medizinischen, geistes- und naturwissenschaftlichen Forschung. Der Verein hat sich daher das Ziel gesetzt, Wissenschaftler, Betroffene und Interessierte in Deutschland und dar?ber hinaus als Partner zusammen zu bringen.
Wir streben einem breiten Diskurs aller medizinischen, natur- und geisteswissen- schaftlichen Aspekte dieser Erfahrung an. Wir sehen uns politisch und weltanschaulich als neutral und lehnen vereinfachende und einseitige Interpretationen ab.
Wir streben in Art "Netzwerkstruktur" eine Kooperation mit der International Association for Near-Death Studien (IANDS) und anderen bereits bestehenden Arbeitsgruppen an.
The German NDE Network was inaugurated in M?hltal close to Darmstadt on 7 February 2004 as a non-profit, tax deducible organisation under German law.
The Near-Death Experience is considered as an individual and exceptionel experience and as object of medical and scientifically multidisciplinary research work. Our goals and philosophy are in close alignment with those of IANDS:
- To encourage thoughful exploration of all aspects of near-death and similar experiences;
- to provide reliable information about near-death and similar experiences to experiencers, caregivers, reseachers, and the public;
- To serve as a contact point and community for people with particular interest in near-death and similar experiences.
We are committed to organising a broad discussion of all facets of near-death and similar experiences in Germany and beyond. Furthermore, we cooperate with IANDS and other existing NDE groups.
