Beaten to Near Death

My first memory was at age two when my father put me in the bathtub and held me under the surface until I left my body. My last thought was, “Finally it´s over.” I saw myself hovering at the ceiling surrounded by a dark void. Nothing but everything was there at the same time. I looked down and saw my father holding me under the surface. In the next moment, my neighbor came in saying, “What are you doing you idiot. Are you mad?” Pushing my father aside and up the wall, she said “Idiot.” Then she pulled me out of the water, rushed out of the bathroom and out of the entrance. It is there where I think I came back. (There is also a memory that we are about to enter a taxi when I re-entered the body.)

My second memory is from the age of 4 when I was badly beaten and tortured by my father. I was beaten with a belt and a carpet beater. He even used a pen and pushed it into my calf and underarm muscles, resulting in one centimeter deep hole in the muscle. That was another time when I left the body. Again I was hovering at the ceiling and watching him continuously pushing the pen and beating me. I saw my mother try to do something to prevent him with no success. Finally the police came and stopped him. My body was lifeless on the bed. I saw several people in the room, including my father and the cops in the hallway, and a doctor saying that I´m dead. The mood in the room (heavy air) was felt by me and then all of a sudden I was back in the body again. I remember that I was very disappointed to be back in the body again, both times.

I recognize most of the abilities people gain, and I fit into most of them. I can also add that I have a very strong healing energy. I can stop people’s thoughts, take their breath away, and energize them. I can make a man walk after four months of inability to do anything without help. One man was about to have his leg amputated due to diabetes. I gave him one massage and he was fine after.

The Light Within

My father had died a few months before. We had a many issues between us, and it was very difficult to let him go. I refused to leave his side while he was dying, as if to make up for all the things that happened while he was alive. After his death I experienced grief. Wow, I never knew it would feel like that! I forgot how to do my job or relate to other people. I had a hard time acting and feeling normal, but I managed to get by.

Everything is Love

One evening, I was talking with a friend on the phone who knew that I was interested in exploring different spiritual practices and religions. He said, "Hey, you should check out a Society of Friends meeting. They don't have any sermons and just meditate for an hour or so together." I was intrigued and after we hung up I looked them up on the Internet. I found out that they were what I knew as "the Quakers" and after only a few minutes of searching, came across a posting that explained a style of meditation they do called "Looking for the light within." I printed it out, took it to my bed and read what it said. It was very simple: Get into a comfortable position, close your eyes, focus your attention on the darkness and look for a light within. When you see a light, focus on it. So that's exactly what I did.

NDE in Pre-Term Labor

I was in the hospital with pre-term labor. The physician on duty administered turbutaline (brethine) intravenously. Within seconds, I didn't feel right, grew very hot and had barely said "Something doesn't feel right" when I blinked out of my normal version of consciousness and blinked into the void. The medication stopped my heart (I later learned). I was in a vast dark place that was quite peaceful. I wasn't sure where I was but knew that I was fully conscious and no longer in my body. I tried to wiggle my toes and fingers but discovered I had none. I knew I existed in only pure consciousness.
