 Jeffrey Long, MD Seattle, WA In 1988, Dr. Long developed a major NDE website, the Near-Death Experience Research Foundation (www.nderf.org ). Having reviewed over 700 NDEs submitted to this web site and published several papers, he will co-present with Jason MacLurg, MD , "Characteristics of Western NDErs" during Segment 1 and will co-present during Segment 2 . Jeffrey Long earned his M.D. degree at the University of Iowa and is actively practicing the specialty of radiation oncology. Dr. Long has written several papers on NDEs and has given multiple presentations at both professional and media venues, including national television and radio shows. Dr. Long has served on the Board of Directors of the International Association for Near-Death Studies. |
