 Alexander Peralta, Jr, MD, DABHPM Universal Health Services Fort Worth, TX Dr. Peralta has 25 years of educational experience in the fields of pharmacy, internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine. He has presented local, state, national, and international programs on topics related to end of life care. That will be the topic of his keynote address during Segment 2 of the conference. Dr. Peralta is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and he has served as clinical faculty at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas. In addition to his numerous presentations to physical, psychological and spiritual healthcare providers around the world, he has authored numerous professional publications on topics related to end of life care. |
