The official conference hotel is the Houston Marriott Medical Center Hotel.

M. D. Anderson is a short walk from the Houston Marriott Medical Center Hotel. Walk down or south on Fannin turn left on Holcombe Blvd and enter MDA between Garage 2 and 10.

The rate is $199.00 per night for one king bed or two double beds.

You can make your reservation by calling 1-800-228-9290 or 713-796-0080; ask for Reservations. Tell reservationist you're with the "2006 IANDS Annual" Conference to get the special rate. Reservations must be made by Oct. 3rd to receive the special rate. Space is limited, so make your reservation early.

The Clark clinic building is nearest Garage 10 and the entrance on the street is labeled Entrance 2. Self parking fee is $ 10.00 for the day with no in and out privileges. Use Garage 2 as an alterative for parking.

They do have valet parking in front of the Clark Clinic building for a similar fee, if desired.

I- 59 Traveling North

1. Exit onto Highway 288 and follow it south to the North MacGregor Drive exit.
2. Turn right (west) onto North MacGregor Drive and follow it to Braeswood Boulevard.
3. Continue heading straight, onto Braeswood Boulevard, as North MacGregor Drive bears right.
4. Follow Braeswood to Holcombe Boulevard.
5. Turn right (west) onto Holcombe Boulevard and follow it to the appropriate Entry Marker.

Hobby Airport / I-45 Traveling North

1. Take Broadway east to I-45.
2. Turn left (north) on I-45 and follow it to Loop 610.
3. Head west on Loop 610.
4. From Loop 610, take the Fannin Street exit.
5. Turn right (north) on Fannin Street and follow it to Holcombe Boulevard.
6. Turn right (east) on Holcombe Boulevard and follow it to the appropriate Entry Marker.

Highway 288 - Traveling North

1. Take the North MacGregor Drive exit.
2. Turn left (west) onto North MacGregor Drive and follow it to Braeswood Boulevard.
3. Continue heading straight, onto Braeswood Boulevard, as North MacGregor Drive bears right.
