For almost thirty years, IANDS has been encouraging independent research into
NDEs, and educating the world about near-death and similar experiences -- and
their effects and implications. It has been the foremost consultant
organization on the subject to radio, television, film, and the print
media; it provides publications and conferences, sponsors local groups,
has sent hundreds of speakers to audiences worldwide, reaches out in person and
online with reliable information and support. It has helped change the public
perception of what it is like to die.
Your
membership will provide the critical financial support for IANDS to pursue
this mission. In return, IANDS will offer you insight into near-death
experiences through our newsletter and journal, educational offerings, and e-mail
services that send you NDE accounts every month. We'll keep you abreast of
breaking research, media coverage, and how the near-death experience is being
interpreted by researchers and thinkers around the globe.

the world knowledge from NDE research and scholarship reaches, and wherever
compassionate people educated by that information are able to offer understanding

Special one-year introductory rate for first-time members
Basic Membership for $30 ($40 annually thereafter) includes:
- Vital Signs,
our quarterly newsletter filled with information about NDEs, current
research, articles about related topics, and news about IANDS. Click here for sample articles.
- Member E-News services that notifies you via email about breaking research, article publications, media coverage of NDEs, and member benefits.
- The Monthly
NDE e-mail service, a near-death or near-death-like account chosen
because of its uniqueness or general interest sent to you each month.
- Large discounts on NDE educational materials including 33% discount on DVDs from the 2006 IANDS conference (save $9 off the first DVD, $50 off the entire set) and $45 discounts on MP3 CDs from past conferences (see 2005 conference for an example).

Supporting Membership for $65 annually ($10 off for seniors - 65 and older - and full-time students)
This membership level provides the extra financial support IANDS
needs to accomplish its mission of encouraging research into NDEs, supporting
experiencers as they attempt to integrate their NDE into their lives, and
educating professionals (healthcare, clergy, educators, etc.) and the general public
about NDEs. We hope you can join at this membership level to help us create a future in which people of all walks of of life, religions and cultures will look at near-death experiences as a potential source of meaning and inspiration for a better world.

work, and interest information about each participating IANDS member at
the Professional or higher membership levels, and available only to
those members.

These gift memberships are valid for new members only - those who have
not been IANDS members before- and give you the opportunity to

luncheon or dinner at the next IANDS conference with a keynote
